              Our Founding Therapists, Morgan and Doug Richard

Morgan and Doug Richard are empathic, knowledgable, and attentive therapists with comprehensive training and clinical experience working with people of all ages to improve relationships and reach personal goals.  Both have MAMFT (Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy) Degrees from the Graduate School of Marriage and Family Studies at Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown.  Morgan and Doug completed their clinical training hours at The Marriage & Family Center in Lititz, PA.

Doug and Morgan met in 2005, and married in 2012.  When they are not seeing clients, they enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, kayaking, and backpacking.  They also savor their annual beach trip and traveling to new places together. 

Doug earned his Master of Arts Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Evangelical Seminary and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Messiah College in Christian Ministries. He has extensive experience working with children, youth, adults, and their families, including three years as a Pastor of Youth and Young Adults in the Harrisburg Area. Doug enjoys challenging his clients to succeed beyond their original expectations.

Morgan also earned her Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Evangelical Seminary. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Messiah College. She has four additional years of experience in the mental health field working with children, youth, and their families at Philhaven and Youth Advocate Programs. Morgan delights in helping her clients move from brokenness to wholeness.
